Giraffes on Facebook?

baby giraffe sleepingIf you’re a fan of Facebook then you know that something has been up lately with giraffes. All sorts of people have been changing their profile pic to a picture of a giraffe. What are they doing? Did they go on Safari? Do they want to be going on Safari? Maybe – but that’s not what they are doing right now. What they are doing right now, rather, is enjoying a riddle that is racing around Facebook. The riddle asks you to answer this question. It’s 3 am and your parents arrive at your door for breakfast. You have strawberry jam, honey, wine and bread. What do you do first? You send what you think the answer should be to your friend in an email. If you’re right, then you can enjoy that avatar you already have and do nothing on Facebook. If you get the riddle wrong, it’s time to surf for a giraffe picture and change your profile pic. Never fear, however, because you can enjoy more free giraffe profile pics at THIS link and can have a blast finding just the right picture that you want. All of this adds up to great fun when you play along with your friends on Facebook and enjoy the riddle they are throwing out there for fun.

The reason that many people who engage in online gaming believe that there is actually a theory or some pattern in their gaming session is often a result of the way that we use the word random in our everyday speech and communication and the way the word random is used when talking about statistics or a mathematical equation. When we talk about a random event we refer to an event that lacks a plan or a purpose, when we talk about the concept of randomness when referring to a mathematical equation, a sequence may indeed appear to have a pattern. Our minds are predisposed to find patterns in a maze and it is for this reason that it has become so popular among many players at the casino to develop strategies and tips that are said to defy the odds or are a sure way to beat the casino. One of the less popular theories is the one that online roulette players have developed that claims that by betting on prime numbers the player is more likely to have a successful gaming session than if he bets on both prime numbers and non prime numbers. A prime number is one that has exactly two divisors, the number 1 and the number itself. An example of a prime number is the number 3 or the number 5.
